    Schedule Changes

Schedule changes help students get outs from classes instead of asking or seeking help.

Students observe that other students tend to change classes to make things easier for them.

“Some students that used to be in my class haven’t showed up anymore they always talked about changing classes just to make it easier,” freshman Xavier Martinez said. “Ever since it started like a motion then when things get harder in a class, they tend just to change it and It seems staff doesn’t care.”

Teachers have students changing out of their classes because it is hard, and teachers do not understand why they do not ask for help.

“I have students that struggle to do some of the work, and I give them everything they need but some of them just change the class,” teacher Adrian Avila said. “I don’t know why they change the class if they don’t understand something just ask for help.”

Students seeing other students changing classes makes them want to as well but states that you still need to do work.

“I myself did change my AP biology class because I saw other kids doing it so I said if it’s an option might as well,” sophomore Omarie Garcia said. “Ever since I changed it, I guess it wasn’t needed because I still had to give it 100 percent.”

Students say that there is no reason to change classes because every class still requires hard work and dedication.

“Honestly if I was to give some advice, I would say just don’t change classes for easier work or getting outs,” Xavier said. “I say that because every class you get changed you’re still going to have to do work and pass the class so i would just not change a class. If you get confused, then just ask for help.”
