Let’s Make Crepes!

1 Cup of flour

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup of Milk

1/2 Cup of Water

1/4 Teaspoon of Salt

2 Tablespoons of Melted Butter

Instructions:

  1. Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Use a hot pan on the stove with a flat bottom and place 1-2 tablespoons of butter into the pan.
  3. Pour the batter and cook like a thin pancake.

Review: After following this recipe I made a successful crepe. The crepe did turn out buttery, and it made between 2-4 crepes. It takes a couple of tries to get the shape just right so making two batches would be suggested. If you were having a formal dinner or desert or are just trying to show off, with the right toppings it makes a great dish.
