Red Ribbon Week Halloween costume day. This is a character from Dragon Ball Z named Piccolo sitting on top of a pillar outside the cafeteria where a costume contest id being held.
Outside the cafeteria some students dressed for red ribbon week and sat on the pillars. On the far right you see someone dressed up as dead pool and next hime someone dressed as Frozone from The Incredibles. On our left of Frozone their is someone dressed as Piccolo from Dragon Ball Z and next to him an alien picking up a human costume.
