El Paso has had over 8,000 accidents in 2023. Fatal crashes total 70 and 629 accidents were caused by drunk driving. the most recent crash was near UTEP. One person was killed and two were sent to the hospital.
“People need to learn to drive,” said one El Paso citizen, on the local FOX evening story. “I hope no innocent drivers were affected.”
Ten hours after that crash, another crash occurred when two cars collided into each other. The scene remain closed until 10:00 am that day.
“People seriously need to get their license revoked. El Pasoans just don’t know what a turn (left or right) only lane is, which lane to get on when turning left, or what a turn signal is.”
Multiple people say the same thing about how they feel driving in the city.
“They drive like they want to die,” said Toni Henry, a local El Pasoan.
This increases the death rating over 20% each day.
