How students feel about getting their stimulus check

As students wait for another stimulus, another stimulus package is granted. Students like senior Isaac Duron feel grateful and will be able to help their family out with that money.

This stimulus package will help me and my family greatly,” Isaac said. “It will be able to pay rent and feed my other brothers.

Students who work like senior Brian Magallanes, who works at Burger King, find the extra money very helpful.

“It’s nice to receive money I didn’t have to work for,” Brian said. “This extra money will help pay bills.”

Military students like senior Adam Williams were able to use the money for themselves, spending it on clothes and food.

“It’s nice to be able to treat yourself every once in a while,” Adam said. “Part of the money will go to my family for food and hygiene.

Students like senior Jesus Rodriguez were thrilled to see the stimulus package.

“I was surprised they gave another stimulus,” Jesus said. “I will be able to finally fix my car.”

Being a working student at the Commissary senior Mackenzie Grimes said the stimulus package was a stress reliever.

“The money will take some weight off my shoulders,” Mackenzie said. “I will be able to pay some bills.”
